What are the payment options?

We accept Cash and credit at local events; Visa, MasterCard, credit card payments through PayPal online payments gateway.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order within 24 hours and would like to make an update we will attempt to make this change.

Please Note: Customized items cannot be cancelled or changed once your order is placed.

These changes can include:

How do I place an order?

To place an order, you may call our main phone number or place a product in your shopping cart on our website, select size and quantity, then click the “ADD TO CART” button. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout. You can view you order details in my account section once you logged in.

Is delivery free?

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-2 business days to process).

U.S. Domestic shipping. Contact for wholesale inquiries. Herbal Remedy Clothing is currently seeking and negotiating shipping methods to better serve you. During our startup period, please allow 8 to 12 days for item shipping. A confirmation email will be sent with shipping details and tracking information once the item has been processed through the carrier.

What's your return policy?

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days.

When will my package arrive?

Once you place your order, will send you a confirmation with shipping method and tracking number so you will now exactly where and when it will arrive.
